The KidZooU has several green roofs which means there are plants growing on top of the building! The Barnyard stables, part of the Faris Family Education Center, and even the pigeon coops have green roofs. Green roofs save water
by absorbing it inside the plants on top of the roof. They can also provide a great habitat for wildlife. You can plant native plants in your backyard to attract birds, butterflies, and other native wildlife!
